- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) intends to make a sole source award to Spectrum Healthcare Resources for professional medical staffing, occupational health professionals and ancillary staff to support Program Support Center (PSC) - Federal Occupational Health (FOH) in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. The Contractor shall provide a fully trained and qualified staff of occupational health providers to deliver the complete suite of integrated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) services offered by FOH. All staff is required to have direct, verifiable experiences in occupational health, public health, or primary adult ambulatory care services, as well as all up-to-date certifications to practice in their respective professional fields. This acquisition is for modification of the existing contract, HHSP233201100041G. The contract ceiling will be increased by $12Mil. The period of performance will consist of a 6-month ordering period including one month period and five(5) 1-month option periods. This award will be in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive orders. However, all responsible sources will submit acapability statement within ten (1) calendar days after the publication which shall be consi0dered by the agency. Responses received after the response date or without the required information may not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The projected award date is October 2018.
