- The solicitation has been issued as a Request for Quote W912PQ-18-Q-0058 from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division. Principle NAICS is 238330 and size standard is $15M. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business only. This RFQ is for the purchase and installation of rubber tile and floor molding for the gym at the NY National Guard's Ronkonkoma Facility 201 Schaefer Ave, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. Rubber tile minimum specifications and a drawing of the gym are in the RFQ. Quotes are due via email to Melissa.santoro2.civ@mail.mil by 19 Sept 2018 11am. ALL or None applies. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Compliance with Buy American -DFARS clause 252-225-7001 applies. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, which will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
