Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a sole source, firm-fixed price procurement of SupraVISTA Software Licenses for use at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, 3701 Loop Road, Tuscaloosa AL 35404. A sole source procurement will be issued to SupraVISTA Medical DSS Inc. for the Software and User training. SupraVISTA software is the only application with the capability to provide automated rule-based analysis of clinical data at point-of-care and automated alerts and problem-centric reports at point of care, while integrating with VHA s existing IT architecture. Presently, SupraVista Medical DSS is the sole manufacturer with exclusive rights to sell and support the SupraVISTA Software licenses to Government customers. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b)(2), "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 511210 and has a size standard of $38.5 million for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 10:00 am EST, September 14, 2018 to: Lasonja.Harvey@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in GSA eBUY or FBO.gov. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
