- Questions and Answers Amendment 1 to RFQ W911NF-18-Q-0002 This is a request for quotes in support of the ARL HBCU/MI Design Comptition. The due date for quotes has been extended to September 17, 2018 by 2:00 PM EST. See attached synopsis/solicitation for further details. The Contractor shall provide the personnel, services, and materials necessary to support the ARL HBCU/MI Design Competition, and shall plan, arrange, coordinate, negotiate, conduct, and close out the tasks and sub-tasks outlined below. The contractor should bring a creative and strategic lens to the coordination, planning, and management processes.
