- Preliminary Plans Preliminary Letter Project Description PROJECT: WA FS ERFO 2016(1)-20(4), Snoqualmie Repairs 2016, King County, Washington LOCATION: 30 Miles East of North Bend, Washington WORK: This project consists of grading, aggregate surfacing, asphalt paving, drainage, rock embankment construction, and stream bank stabilization. See "Description of Work" for additional details LENGTH: 0.187 Miles. TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Fall 2019 ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
