- NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to manufacture the items as specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit for the procurement of Solicitation N00104-18-R-FK15 for: quantity 12, 7HH 4810 015442806 L1, Nomenclature ACTUATOR,ELECTRO-PN and the weapon system WV2RR. The Government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform the required manufacture of the item. This item under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreement Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements under product service group (PSG) 43. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval or a source is required.
