This is NOT a solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 8), James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), Tampa, FL, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) System and related accessories. This procurement is to be set-aside for SDVOSB using a cascading evaluation of offers to small business concerns. This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for all other small business concerns.
