Description
This document contains the solicitation and attachments Request for Proposal (RFP) - Automated Fuel Systems Installation (AFSI) SP4702-18-R 0510 Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has a worldwide mission requirement to provide petroleum and related support to United States (US) military forces and eligible Federal Civilians, State, Local, and Foreign Governments. The requirement requires DLA to procure engineering services for the design, fabrication, integration, installation, configuration management, quality assurance, logistics, maintenance, life-cycle management and technical support capability for the installation of Automated Fuel Systems (AFS) and other fuel related systems and equipment. Included in this requirement is Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Site Support for non-routine maintenance efforts that exceed $250K. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract. The ordering period includes a five-year base period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541519 other computer related services (small business size 150 employees) applies to this acquisition. The Government intends to host a site visit at MCAS Cherry Point. Unfortunately, due to the potential impact of Hurricane Florence, a date and time for the survey has not been determined. If your firm has not already expressed interest/intent to attend the site visit and propose on this requirement, please do so by 3pm EST on 19 September 2018. Please request a confirmation from the Contracting Officer regarding receipt of your request. Once a date and time for the site visit has been confirmed, and your firm has been vetted, additional information will be provided. Refer to the attached solicitation for further details.
