- Draft Statement of Work 1. This is a sources sought announcement to be used for market analysis only. The purpose of this announcement is to determine the availability of small business categories for potential set-asides. No awards will be made from the sources sought. No solicitation is available at this time; therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation. Responses will be used to determine the appropriate strategy for the anticipated acquistion. 2. Cannon AFB, NM is seeking sources interested in a possible contract to support and maintain the OMEN software plug-in for the Zeus Software at Cannon AFB's Remotely Piloted Aircraft center. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and other items and services necessary to perform such services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as local, state and Federal regulations. The draft SOW is available for viewing and attached to this Sources Sought. 3. All interested parties are invited to provide the following information for your company/institution and for any teaming or joint venture partners. Interested parties are requested to submit a Statement of Capability outlining past work relative to this requirement. The statement of capability shall include: a. Your Company/Institute Name Mailing Address Point of Contact (POC) to include phone/fax and e-mail address Cage Code Website, if applicable State if your company is registered under NAICS Code 541519 or not State if your company is a small business or a large business in reference to NAICS Code 541519 and FSC Code D399 b. Description of Relevant Contract Experience (Government or Commercial) Provide examples of past experience on projects from Department of Defense, State and Local agencies that are similar to the above to include: Contract Number Government activity (i.e., United States Navy, City of New York, etc.) Address Point of Contact (POC) Phone numbers(s) E-mail Dollar value Description of the requirement Briefly describe how your company can satisfy the requirements described above, and your associated technical capabilities in two (2) pages (one-sided, 12 pitch, Times New Roman) or less. 5. Contractors capable of providing these services should submit a Statement of Capability containing the above referenced information via e-mail to the persons stated below in paragraph six (6). Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of response, or the Government's use of such information. The information obtained from industry responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and a future Request for Quotation (RFQ). 6. Responses are due 1200 hours MDT, Tuesday, 18 September 2018, and shall be electronically submitted, in Microsoft Word 2013 or earlier, to all of the following: Ms. Dawn Armant, Contracting Officer, dawn.armant@us.af.mil SrA Paul Aramanda, Contract Administrator, paul.aramanda@us.af.mil 7. This is only a Sources Sought notice. This is not a Request For Proposal or Invitation For Bid. There is no bid package, soliciation, specifications or drawing available with this announcement. It does not constitue a procurement commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise. No contract will be awarded from this Sources Sought. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up informational requests. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified information.
