- PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRES A009 A008 A007 A006 A005 A004 A003 A0002 A0001 Solicitation The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme is issuing a Solicitation for Programmable Power Supply (PPS) MK 179 Mod 0 unit, and Motor Control Panel (MCP) MK 448 MOD 1 in support of the Vertical Launching System (VLS). The PPS and MCP units will be manufactured and assembled in accordance with (IAW) the specifications and requirements identified in the Navy Drawings. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519 with a Size Standard of 500 employees. The procurement will be solicited as unrestricted for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 15 with additional information included in the prospective Solicitation. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract based on "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)" source selection considering Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price. The requirement includes First Article Test and Inspection with production of the following item: 1. Programmable Power Supply and; 2. Motor Control Panel: CLIN 0001 PPS First Article Test QTY 1 CLIN 0002 MCP First Article Test QTY 1 CLIN 0003 CDRLS- Not Separately Priced CLIN 0004 PPS QTY 7 CLIN 0005 MCP QTY 3 CLIN 1001 QTY 8 CLIN 1002 QTY 4 CLIN 2001 QTY 8 CLIN 2002 QTY 4 CLIN 3001 QTY 8 CLIN 3002 QTY 4 CLIN 4001 QTY 8 CLIN 4002 QTY 4 The items must meet the requirements of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) drawings. Drawings will be available electronically with instructions provided within prospective Solicitation, Section L. The drawing package is Distribution D limited to DoD and U.S. DoD Contractors only as well as being subject to Export Control restrictions.
