- RFQ Solicitation N0042118Q0758 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a full & open basis for Consulting Services under the authority of FAR 52.211-6 Manufacturer must as listed on the attachment, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This maybe accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law. Please complete certification and provide with your offer. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received by 14 September 2018 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Vendor MUST be an authorized distributor and provide an authorized distributor certificate. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
