Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 1201 Broad Rock Boulevard in Richmond, Virginia will be soliciting offers for Boiler Inspection and Maintenance Services. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary. A request for Quote 36C24618Q9778 will be issued on or about September 10, 2018. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is October 1, 2018 (or date of through September 30, 2019 or the base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 million.
