Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. All Equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. A copy of an authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer is required. Prospective Offerors are notified that verification of VA Form 10091 and W-9 being sent directly to the paying office in Austin, TX must be submitted with the offer unless the offeror has previously submitted these forms to VA Austin and provides certification of previous work.
