Description
Continuous Threaded Studs The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Division intends to negotiate a firm fixed price, for the item listed below that will be used at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 332722 Bolt, nut, screw, rivet, washer and studs. This requirement will be set aside 100% Total for Small Business only. The contract line item (CLINs) is as follows. CLIN 0001 (50) Each Stud, Continuous Thread Local NSN: 5307-LL-L01-0013 Ordering Data: a. Studs, Bolts, Screws, and Nuts for applications where a high degree of reliability is required; MIL-DTL-1222J, 8 DEC 2000 b. Type IV, ¾" - 10UNC2A, X 70-72" Long, IAW QQ-N-286G, Grade 500, Annealed and Aged Hardened, R/H Hand Threads c. N/A d. As Specified IAW PARA 3.3 e. N/A f. N/A g. N/A h. N/A i. N/A j. N/A k. N/A l. Studs to be Marked IAW PARA 3.13 m. Provide Written Verification That the Chemical and Mechanical Properties Have Been Determined and Are IAW MIL-DTL-1222J PARA 4.5.1 and 4.5.2. Test Reports SHALL List Actual Values for All Verified Attributes and SHALL Be Traceable To the Material by Heat, Lot, or Batch Number n. N/A o. N/A p. N/A q.
