All vendors interested in attending site visit on 13 September 2018, shall submit this access form NLT 12 September 2018 at 1500 CST. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Outdoor Scoreboard and Removal and Installation Project Tyndall AFB, FL 07 September 2018 1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2.The solicitation number is FA4819-18-P-6040 and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ); 3.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. 4.This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside associated with North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339950. The applicable small business size standard is 500 employees. 5.The following line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are applicable to this acquisition: CLIN 0001 - Scoreboard removal and installation IAW with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) Qty 1 Unit of Measure: Lot 6.This requirement is for a contractor to provide all equipment, tools, labor, and materials required to remove and dispose of one each existing outdoor scoreboard and support system (I-Beams) and install one each new outdoor scoreboard and support system (I-Beams) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. 7.Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point are as follows: a.Period of Performance (anticipated): 45 Days ADC; b.Place of Performance: Tyndall AFB, Florida 32403; c.Inspection/Acceptance Terms: Destination/Destination; d.Delivery Terms: N/A. 8.The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to thisacquisition.
