- This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for purchase of refuse collection services for the McAlester Army Ammuntion Plant. Any purchase order that will be awarded under other than full and open competition as autorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Governement.
