Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number, 36C26118Q9635 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96, dated November 6, 2017 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a price quotation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 337127, size standard 500. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items.
