Description

AMD 0005 Proposals due Sept 14th, 10am This RFP is to support the Workforce Services Directorate's requirement to purchase and install the equipment and infrastructure necessary to provide redundant power to the site's Liebert (Vertiv) CRAH units, and five in-row coolers, located on the 2nd and 4th floors at DECC Montgomery. Each contractor should read and follow the instructions contained within the RFP document, HC102818R0132. The RFP Info Sheet and PWS outline the specific administrative and work requirements, evaluation factors, and site survey instructions of the solicitation. Offerors are requested to submit a written technical (PDF format)and price proposal (in Excel format) in response to the RFP and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)(Attachment 1). Failure to follow the terms of the RFP can potentially exclude your proposal from consideration. Questions should be addressed to sharon.e.brace.civ@mail.mil. Please provide any questions, in writing, no later than August 9, 2018 at 1500 CST. The Government will not answer questions submitted after this time. Proposals are due no later than September 14, 2018 at 10:00am (CST) and should be submitted electronically to sharon.e.brace.civ@mail.mil. The Government will not accept proposals that are not submitted electronically (i.e., through e-mail).
