Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 10,000 net usable square feet in Clermont, Florida for use as a CBOC for the Orlando Healthcare System (Orlando VAMC). The space must be Class A office space no more than one floor and can be provided by modification of existing space. On-site parking for 98 spaces, 5 handicapped spaces. The proposed term of occupancy is a 10-year lease with a five-year firm term and one five year option.
