Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to enter into a single source agreement with Tandus-Centiva for carpet stock. This is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Maintenance and support required at the following VA Medical Center: Department of Veterans Affairs VA Portland VA Health Care System 3710 sw US Veterans Hospital Rd. Portland, OR 97207 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action.
