- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FederalAcquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitationwill not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Contract will be evaluated on Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Items are being requested for use in labs at Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) in San Diego. As the items being requested are required for use within our labs as part of ongoing research, items need to be the actual Quidel products and not a substitute or a product similar to the Quidel products. The quote must specify that all items being quoted and that will be supplied are genuine Quidel products. This will be an order where items can be purchased on an as needed basis. Prices provided need to be effective from 20 September 2018 to 31 August 2019, and specifically identified as such on the quote. Please identify any applicable quantity discounts. All items will be shipped to San Diego 92152. The quote should include all applicable shipping and handling costs. As NHRC is a Government facility, no sales tax will be paid. All quotes must include the Company Name, Full Address, CAGE Code and Point of Contact information including Name, Phone Number and E-Mail address. All invoices for this order will be submitted electronically through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) - Invoicing Receipt Acceptance Property Transfer (iRAPT).
