Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The SAO East/NCO 6 Contracting Office, Hampton, Virginia, intends to award a sole source delivery order (BASE + 4 OPTION YEARS) to INO Therapeutics (DUNS: 090546628) to provide Nitric Oxide gases to the Asheville VAMC. INO Therapeutics is the holder of a priority sources contracting vehicle (V797D-60737) that will be utilized to procure this acquisition. Past and present market research has not identified any other interested/qualified vendors to fulfill this requirement. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is Friday 14 September 2018. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is Thursday 13 September 2018 at 1100 am Eastern Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
