September 10, 2018 NCO 23 Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a single award BPA to the College of American Pathologists The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 325413 and the annual size standard is 1250 employees. This notice is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for competitive offers and a solicitation will not be issued, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements herein may submit a written response. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating the company s ability to meet the requirements herein without disruption to the critical laboratory services at VISN 23 and other locations. Interested sources may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 21 September 2018, 2:00 p.m. CDT, via email to harry.gramboiii@va.gov. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
