- Contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, supplies, materials and transportation necessary to perform a one-time power wash cleaning/scrubbing of both the interior and exterior structure of four warehouse style buildings made of polyurethane and identified as a "Sprung" facilities, located on Wheeler Army Airfield and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. There is no on-site or nearby water or power to perform this work and the Contractor shall provide appropriate water and power equipment. The structures are eighty (80 ft) feet wide, one-hundred fifty-five (155 ft) feet in length and thirty (30 ft) feet in height. There is mold, dirt, and other foreign materials at high ceiling and roof levels requiring an eighty (80 ft) foot lift to clean both the interior and exterior of the facility. The work shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, commercial practices, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), and all Federal and State regulations. See attached amended solicitation. The requirement is for four (4) total buildings. Offers must be submitted in the RFQ format. Offerors must input their proposal information on Standard Form 1449 document (RFQ) and sign blocks 30a, 30b, and 30c. Contractor will input details on service they will provide in the description area under the CLIN title i.e. "S201 Housekeeping-Custoial Janitorial" and list pricing under Unit Price, Amount and Net Amount for each CLIN. All offers must be e-mailed to MAJ Toney Brantley at toney.m.brantley.mil@mail.mil NLT 3:00 p.m. HST on 12 September 2018. **NOTE: This solicitation is being extended pending an updated Q&A document that lists several answers to questions submitted by vendors. This will be the second Q&A document for this requirement. ***NOTE: Three (3) additional facilities have been added to the original solicitation for a total of four (4) facilities to be cleaned. Ensure your revise offers reflect this change.
