Description

J&A Material Equipment List The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Gans & Pugh Associates, Inc., 690 Center Street, Herndon, VA 20170 for Ovation Systems FB4G-5918 Flashback-4/4G Kit with US Modem. The purpose of this contract is to obtain Ovation Systems FB4G-5918 Flashback-4/4G Kit with US Modem. Flashback-4 is a development for law enforcement use and builds upon the proven success of previous versions of Flashbacks. These products can only be acquired through Gans & Pugh Assosciates, Inc. Gans & Pugh have exclusive rights to the sale of all Ovation Systems products within the United States. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Greg Jimmerson, email address: GJJimmerson@fbi.gov by Friday, 14 September 2018, 12:00 pm/Noon, Eastern Standard Time. Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
