Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Health Care System, OK, is seeking a vendor interested in providing Lab Analysis of Samples from Dental Unit Waterlines, including Contractor Provided Mail-order Kits, for Dental Clinics at Oklahoma City VA Medical Center. Services will be under a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract for five years. The successful Contractor shall be required to furnish all necessary and appropriate labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to provide services and support the VA Mission.
