Description

NAICS: 238990 Small Business Size Standard: $15M Magnitude: $100 -$250,000 This is a SDVOSB Set-a-side Scope of Work: The Contractor shall visit the site prior to submitting bid in order to be fully acquainted with existing site conditions and scope of work. Expectation is Contract will have coordinated with an A/E and together, review the site(s), perform any necessary design analysis, and prepare shop drawings for the power/data connections to existing sites. Upon award of contract: Provide all Engineering, design, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and supervision to install Security Card Readers, Automatic Door openers, Assisted Door openers and sensors in building 100, Building 5, Building 6 and Building 7 as noted in the Attached schedule refer to exhibit 1. Provide all Engineering, design, Labor, equipment, Materials, tools, and supervision to install Security Card Readers, 120-volt power and low voltage shade controllers for the existing motorized shades at Building 105 B wing as noted in the attached schedule and exhibits. Building 100, Building 5, Building 6, Building 7 and building 105 will be occupied while work is in progress. The contractor shall plan and coordinate with the COR for sequences of task. All of the Card reader shall have/be: Install card reader HID piv Class readers MODEL # RP40-H 920PHRNEK00005 on the PACS Facility PACS system on campus is proprietary. Facility is standardized on Sielox, so Sielox access systems need to be installed and connected via the VA network. Contractor shall run power and communication cables to card reader locations per exhibit 1. Remove and replace door hardware with electrified hardware for card reader and automatic door function. All of the Automatic Door Openers shall have/be: As per the VA standard Specification All of the Assisted Door Openers shall have/be: As per the VA standard Specification All of the Sensors shall have/be: As per the VA standard Specification All of the Electrified Hardware shall have/be: As per the VA Standard Specification All of the Motorize Roller Shade Controls shall have/be: Removal and replacement of existing Finishes Provide 120V Power for shade motors Demo 120V switch / feeders from existing Shade Control conduits. Connect Power and Controls to existing Roller-Shade Equipment Install Hunter Douglass K24St Pad Patch, Repair and paint Gypsum Board Repair and Reinstall Acoustical Ceiling Tiles as req. See Exhibits 3 & 4 (in solicitation) for additional information B105 Overhead Coil Roll Up Door: Provide 120-volt power, and motor control switch to overhead coil Door motor.
