Description

The Portland Area Indian Health Service, Yakama Service Unit (YSU) is requesting a replacement contract for microbiology supplies and services from Hardy Diagnostics, a small business concern. The intent is to replace Yakama Service Unit's BPA HHSI248201300040B contract with a purchase order. The period of performance will be 10/01/2018 - 9/30/2019. This will allow for an uninterrupted supply of microbiology media and supplies for the Yakama Service Unit Laboratory department in support of direct patient care. This is not a request for quotations. No solicitation package is available. Any responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:00pm Pacific Time, Thursday, September 13, 2018.
