- Brand Name J&A Clothing List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W9127Q-18-R-0059 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100, 22 Aug 2018 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20180824 (Effective 24 Aug 2018). It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is a Full and Open Competition. This solicitation will be a brand name solicitation for Crye Precision Uniforms. Items quoted must meet specified item description in the attached Clothing List. A Brand Name Justification and Approval letter is attached. Description of Requirement: The 186 Air Refueling Wing requires the following items, Brand Name: This solicitation is for deployment clothing for the 186 ARW. A Clothing List is attached to this solicitation. Items must be specific to the items listed on the attachment. Reporting Instructions require this brand be wore by members and no other brand of uniform is authorized. Attached is the Brand Name J&A. To be considered for award, quotes must meet item description and quantity. Quotes not meeting these specifications will be considered unacceptable. ***ALL ITEMS MUST BE NEW. REFURNISHED ITEMS NOT AUTHORIZED. ***Delivery requirement: 60 days ARO, FOB Destination to 186 ARW Meridian, MS.
