- Solicitation Statement of Work to be performed 2.0 Technical Specifications: 2.1 The following technical specifications are of the requested services to be delivered. The following specifications are not directives on how the services are too be provided, but what is required to successfully support the task order objective. The contractor is encouraged to exceed these minimum technical specifications to demonstrate its technical, strategic, operational, and administrative expertise in support of the customer's organizational and departmental objectives. NOTE: All plans, reports and program shall be reviewed and approved by an authorized government official prior to release. The contractor is responsible for the following tasks, as outlined below from paragraph 2.2-2.7 and all associated sub paragraphs. The applicable task will be applied to three (3) Spectrum Sports Rock Walls, and one (1) Extreme Engineering Rock Wall; each with four (4) routes on auto belay. 2.2 Inspect and document the following areas in relation to the Auto Belay System: 2.2.1 Air Pressure Gauge 2.2.2 Air Pressure 2.2.3 Pulleys 2.2.4 Pulley Bolts 2.2.5 Cylinders 2.2.6 Hydraulic Hose 2.2.7 Hydraulic Fittings 2.2.8 Schrader Valve 2.2.9 Breather Valve 2.2.10 Oil Site View 2.2.11 Oil Fluid Level 2.2.12 Upper Carriage 2.2.13 Carriage Bearings 2.2.14 Top and Bottom Plugs 2.2.15 Front and Back Quick link 2.2.16 Carabineers Swivel 2.2.17 Red Hose 2.2.18 Replacement Sticker 2.2.19 AB Pressure Sticker 2.2.20 Warning Label 2.3 Inspect and document the following areas in relation to the Climbing wall: 2.3.1 Wall Surface 2.3.2 Bussers 2.3.3 Cable Anchor 2.3.4 Davits 2.3.5 Davits Placement 2.3.6 Mounting Hardware 2.3.7 Davit Welds 2.3.8 Davit Pulleys 2.3.9 Davit Cable Guide 2.3.10 Air Remote 2.3.11 Cable Routing 2.4 Inspect and document the following areas in relation to the Steel Structure: 2.4.1 Frame Welds 2.4.2 Anchor Bolts 2.4.3 Back Bracing 2.4.4 Banner Kits 2.4.5 Electrical Connection 2.4.6 Concrete Bad 2.4.7 Pulley Guards 2.4.8 Cable Guides 2.4.9 Oil Containment 2.4.10 Auto Belay Floor Mounts 2.4.11 Auto Belay Hanging Mounts 2.5 Inspect and document the following areas in relation to the Trailer Assembly: 2.5.1 Trailer Welds 2.5.2 Axle/Bearing 2.5.3 Battery 2.5.4 Brakes 2.5.5 Breakaway assembly 2.5.6 Lights/plugs 2.5.7 Remote Pendant 2.5.8 Tires 2.5.9 Hydraulic pump 2.5.10 Hydraulic Lift Cylinder 2.5.11 Jack and Hitch 2.6 Service items that are documented as a ‘fail' in the inspection, note any remediation services and the final serviceability of each item. 2.7 Train and certify Service Members annually in the maintenance, transportation, and Operational Procedures of the assigned rock wall in accordance with the most up to date owner and operator manual. 3.0 Additional Requirements: 3.1 Service provided will be on an annual basis. Service windows may very as long as no more than 365 days will elapse in-between services. 3.2 Provide documentation for inspection and services noting failures and remedies with pictures. 3.3 Provide documentation for training to include Service Members attendance, all applicable scores and certification certificates
