Description

VA VISN 10 Network Contracting Office, Cincinnati OH intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Solid Waste Removal and Recycling for four VA facilities. In accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99-1. NAICS Code is 562111. This procurement is open market with full competition. The Request for Proposal is 36C25018Q9647. The solicitation shall be available on or about Sep 08, 2018. This procurement is to obtain Solid Waste Removal and Recycling for four VA facilities: VA Medical Centers: 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220; the VA Domiciliary, 1000 South Fort Thomas Avenue, Ft. Thomas, Kentucky 41075; Columbus Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC) 420 N. James Rd. Columbus OH 43219 and Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC) 17273 State Route 104 Chillicothe, Ohio   45601. Period of performance shall be for a base period with the Government having the option to exercise four (4) one-year renewal periods. Dates to be determined by the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, containers/bins, equipment, trucks, compactors and fuel to successfully perform the services.
