Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) to SelfHelp Community Services., 520 8TH Ave FL 5 New York, NY 10018-6553 for the procurement of brand name Self-help Subscription. This order for brand name Self Help Subscription will be placed on a sole source basis with SelfHelp Community Services. as the following circumstance in FAR 13.106-1(b) applies: only one source is capable to provide the services required at the level of quality required because the Subscriptions are proprietary to SelfHelp Community Services. Delivery schedule will be discussed prior to issuing the contract award. The anticipated award date is September 19, 2018. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, that all responsible sources and interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements by submitting technical data for this requirement data within 10 calendar days of this notice posting (no later than September 17, 2018, by 08:00 AM CST, to Eddie Clark, via email at eddie.clark@va.gov which shall be considered by the agency. Please note that telephone calls will not be honored.
