- Equipment Statement of Work (SOW) for Endoscopy Travel Cart Background The Endoscopy Travel Cart is a mobile unit that enables the GI team to perform emergency cases in locations other than the endoscopy room. This includes cases performed in the ICU and in the OR. Our current set-up has passed it s expected life of the equipment and can no longer be repaired. Objectives To replace the travel cart that is beyond repair for a new and well designed, state of the art endoscopy travel cart that will enable us to better serve our Veteran needs. Period of Performance The period of performance will begin as soon as the equipment is physically received at the facility. The period of use will continue until the full life of the equipment has been exhausted. Place of Performance / Place of Delivery This equipment will primarily be used in the Endoscopy Suite, OR and ICU at the Brooklyn Campus of NYHHS. Product Specifications Ergo-Express Motorized Featherweight II Dbl, Endoscopy Workstation w/Retractable Drive Government-Furnished Property, Material, Equipment, or Information (GFP, GFM, GFE, or GFI) Government-furnished property, such as Government-furnished material, equipment, or information is not required. Security The purchase of this equipment does not involve VA sensitive information and does not involve contractor personnel having access to sensitive data. This is a stand-alone travel cart that will be used to store endoscopy equipment for procedures. The C&A requirements do not apply and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. Safety Codes / Certification / Licensing There are no unique safety codes (such as Fire), special certifications, licenses, inspections etc. and any other official outside requirements. Travel There is no travel requirement. Special Material Requirements There is no requirement for any special materials. Any Other Requirements unique to the solicitation There are no other unique requirements or considerations that are necessary.
