- FEMA Region X requires additional audio video system enhancements to conference rooms, in the Federal Regional Facility. Contractor will provide all planning, associated parts, materials and labor to complete the project. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation number is 70FBR018Q00000003. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007. Please note that any solicitation package materials, documents, drawings, specifications, and/or attachments to the anticipated solicitation will be available only electronically and via the government point of entry found at www.fbo.gov. Hard copy documents will not be supplied by the government to any interested parties as a result of this solicitation. Vendors submitting quotes to this requirement must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to participate; quotes received from vendors that are not currently registered will be rejected. Website: http:www.sam.gov Quotes must be submitted by the required deadline to both the point of Contacts listed via email. Onsite visit required prior to award and to take place on September 10th, 2018 at 1PM PST. Arrangements must be made to attend site visit 24 hours in advance with Richard Albidress at Richard. Albidress@fema.dhs.gov. Award subject to funds availability. Reference attached Performance Work Statements, each one is for two seperate conference room upgrades within the Facility.
