- Delineated Area U.S. GOVERNMENT 7NC2162 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: North Carolina City: Havelock Delineated Area: See Attachment Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 53,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 53,450 Space Type: Office and warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 5 one year options Additional Requirements: 0 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government is general warehouse space to include permissions to modify with fence/cages as needed.. The space will be considered our overflow warehouse, the actual customers belongings will change over the lease time frame. •2. Type of walls/partitions or ceiling each area require: fire ratings, fire suppression system, chain link fence, concrete block, blast proof, security level. •3. Security of the property must meet the ISC and ATFP (UFC 4-010-01) requirements for an unoccupied warehouse. Agency is not aware if an ISC security. •4. Warehouse must contain 2,500 sf of climate controlled space for critical storage. •5. Warehouse must be adequate for at least 1-2 53' semi-trucks to load/unload at facility. Additional Government requirements will be included in the Government Request for Proposal.
