This is only a pre-solicitation notice. The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) sole source contract to Turtle Reef Holdings LLC, in accordance with FAR 6.302-5 (a)(1), authorized or required by statute. Turtle Reef Holdings LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This requirement is for the purchase of services to satisfy VA s need for leadership development training and reskilling surrounding the management of enterprise initiatives including executive level coaching. The contractor needs to have experience coaching senior executives through change management at the enterprise level for a large Government agency. Please provide responses by 4PM September 10.
