This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Muir S. Fairchild Research Information Center has a requirement to purchase a subscription to a database of Legal materials, including cases, briefs, statutes, legislation, and regulations of the U.S. government and various state governments. News includes magazines, newspapers, transcripts, wires, and blogs. These resources are required to support the research needs of Air University.
