- ***CORRECTED COPY*** Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) on behalf of VA Sierra Nevada Health Care (VASNHCS) proposes to enter a fixed price 5-year Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), for Residential Treatment Services with Addiction. This service is under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 2032, Therapeutic Housing, 38 USC 8153, Health Care Resources (HCR), and in conjunction with work therapy under 38 U.S.C. 1718, Legal Information Institute for contracted residential services. This service will be performed on an as needed basis, at the per diem and length of time agreed upon, and in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Upon acceptance of a VA patient into the program, when requested by the Contracting Officer or authorized representative, the contractor shall furnish all supplies and services herein described. VA is obligated only to the extent authorized placement of patients are made under this agreement. The program is designed to provide temporary housing and case management to engage the Veterans into the transition to permanent housing options. This requirement is estimated to utilize 4 beds per day x 365 = 1,460 per year. The period of performance is October 1, 2018 and September 30, 2023.
