Description

Amendment 01: The contract number for Rapid Response Space Works (RRSW), with Millennium Engineering and Integration (MEI) was incorrectly stated as NNA10DF21B. The correct contract number should be NNA10DF16B. NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) intends to extend Contract NNA10DF21B, Rapid Response Space Works (RRSW), with Millennium Engineering and Integration (MEI), Modular Space Vehicle (MSV) Contract NNA11AA03B with Northrop Grumman (NG) and MSV Contract NNA11AA05B with the Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) on a sole source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-SEP-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
