- Title: Motor Aging and Surveillance Technology (MAST) Development and Demonstration 1. Purpose This BAA describes the development of the Motor Aging and Surveillance Technology (MAST) Development and Demonstration that are of interest to the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). The Government anticipates making one initial call with additional calls in the future. The Government anticipates awarding independent Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) for technical efforts with a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) final report for all efforts awarded under this BAA. It is anticipated that the second call will occur in GFY15, a third call will occur in GFY16, and a fourth call may occur in GFY17. Calls 1 and 2 are anticipated to utilize closed one-step process where calls 3 and 4 are anticipated to utilize closed two-step process. The closed one-step and two-step processes will be described in section IV of this BAA. The NAICS code for this announcement is 541715 - Space Vehicles and Guided Missiles, their Propulsion Units, their Propulsion Units Parts, and their Auxiliary Equipment and Parts.
