The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY19- F2Z3S78165AW02 FSS Aerobics Instructor Service, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99. This procurement is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.1505. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 611620 with a size standard of $7.5 million.
