This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, San Juan VA Medical Center has a need to procure: six (6) Acti V.A.C therapy System unit and two (2) V.A.C Ultra Therapy Units for San Juan, PR Wound Care Unit. See attached document for: Scope of Work. See attached document for: Combined Synopsis Solicitation.
