Description

General: A request to furnish and install in the boiler plant at the Temple VA Medical Center, 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr, Temple, TX 76504. Installation of one gas pressure sensor on the incoming gas supply and one water pressure sensor on the incoming water supply. The sensors will be connected to the JCI controller by the condensate return tank. The points will be mapped to the supervisory controller. The readings will be added to the Metasys graphic and alarms created for low pressure situation. General: A request to furnish and install in the boiler plant at the Temple VA Medical Center, 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr, Temple, TX 76504. One new panel with a Field controller next to the MCC panel. Conduit will be run to the MCC. The Field controller will control the start/stop of the Boiler feed water pumps and the condensate return pumps. Alarms will be created to notify the operator if a pump shuts down. Also, programming will be created to switch to the next pump if a shutdown alarm occurs. The pumps will be added to a Metasys graphic for the operators to monitor. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-SEP-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
