Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirements listed within this solicitation are solicited under NAICS Code 238390. Both performance and delivery are to be outside the United Stated and its outlying areas, no small business set-asides will be considered for the acquisition of the items listed within this solicitation.The solicitation documents, clauses and provisions incorporated by full text or by reference are those in effect through FAC 2005-98, effective 1 May 2018. Please provide a quote in accordance with the attached RFQ and additional documents. This is a local area set aside, only local (German) vendors are asked to provide a quote. This requirement includes installation and set-up of the requested shelving unit, and, therefore, only local (German) vendors are asked to submit a quote. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-SEP-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
