- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure OROS 8-Channel Mobile Packs & OR35 FFT Analyzer on a Sole Source basis from OROS Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-SEP-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
