Roudebush VA Medical Center needs installation of a new Audiovisual (AV) System to serve Veterans, family members, staff and visitors. The new technologically advanced system will replace the antiquated system which was removed during Chapel renovation and is necessary to integrate with the Medical Center s HDTV network. This AV system is vital to the mission of the Chaplain Service as we work to fulfill our mandate to enhance Veterans experience. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, etc., required to design and install the AV system in the Medical Center located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The AV system must ensure that all Chapel Service events offer quality sound reinforcement in the Chapel. The AV system must be capable of broadcasting live Chapel services as well as prerecorded spiritual, educational and musical AV feeds simultaneously to all in-patient Veteran rooms, 24-hours a day. This may require that multiple (digital) channels be provided to the Chaplain Service within the CATV network. The video camera included in this system must be capable of interfacing with the CATV network (via a modulator) and must be capable of providing quality video 24-hours a day. Please submit a line itemized quote to include installation, warranty and any relevant support service agreement fees.
