- Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source CRISC Boot Camp Training FBO Notice: 36C77618Q9247 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.5. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with InfoSec Institute, 7310 W. North Ave, Elmwood Park, IL 60707 USA; to provide the provide the CRISC Boot Camp for 6 employees of the Health Care Security Requirements Program Office in a virtual classroom. InfoSec Institute provides online training programs for various information security topics. These programs are offered at certain times of the year and any person can register for the class. This class is specific to the CRISC Boot Camp program being offered September 18, 2018 to September 20, 2018. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611430 (Professional and Management Development Training) and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $11 Million Dollars. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
