Description

The U.S Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) in support of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), intends to modify contract W81XWH-14-P-0580 with Cherokee Nation Assurance, LLC., 777 W. Cherokee St., Catoosa, OK 74015-3235, to provide for a six (6) month extension of services IAW FAR 52.217-8-Option to Extend Services, for continued Clinical Engineering services to support the day-to-day activities of the Medical Logistics Division (MEDLOG), Healthcare Technology Management Branch (HTMB), to include biomedical engineering services regarding medical equipment specification review, and analysis to DoD Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) worldwide. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented under authority FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Period of Performance for this proposed action is for a six (6) months. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-SEP-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
