- The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWC-TSD) intends to procure KF 360 Degree Leadership Evaluation and Assessment questionnaires (PROFILORS) and FYI for your improvement (ADOC) development guides from SENSA Solutions, Inc. d/b/a Korn/Ferry U.S. Government Consulting Services. This effort is in support of the Surface Warfare Officers (SWO) assigned to Surface Warfare Officer School (SWOS) located at Newport, RI. The US Navy, and in particular SWO, has leveraged off KF 360 (formerly known as PDI 360) capabilities for the past seven years. As SWO progress through his/her career, they are given different responsibilities. As assignments change and promotions occur, the metrics comprising of core skills and competencies are measured, tracked, certified and documented within a database. This database of PROFILORS ™ is proprietary to SENSA Solutions who is recognized as the sole authorized reseller of KF 360 offerings. As such, the intended acquisition strategy for this effort is a sole source procurement with North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 541612 (Human Resources Consulting Services) under the Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC/SVC) code of 6910 (Training Aids). NAWC-TSD Orlando promotes competition to the maximum extent practicable. The estimated value of this order is $111,810 each year for the next five years for a total of $559K with 2019-2023 as option CLINs. See attached Notice for Requirement.
