Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)/Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS)/Wildlife Services (WS) in Riverdale, MD intends to award a Sole Source Purchase to renew its on-line Subscriptions to The Human Wildlife Interactions Journal published by The Berryman Institute and Utah State University at a flat rate of $20,000.00. Human-Wildlife Interactions (ISSN 2155-3858 print, ISSN 2155-3874 online) is a peer reviewed journal published two times a year by the Jack H. Berryman Institute, Department of Wildlife Resources, Utah State University, Logan, UT 84322-5230. The Material appearing in Human-Wildlife Interactions may not be reproduced in any form without the written consent of the publisher. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 The property or services needed are available from only one responsible qualified source at this time and no other type of property or services will satisfy these needs. The Berryman Institute is dedicated to improving human-wildlife relationships and resolving human-wildlife conflicts through teaching, and research. Wild Life Services uses the information in the on-line journal as a resource tool to research articles in the areas of wildlife ecology, animal behavior, management applications, economics, and area wildlife relationships to humans.
